FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee of Rs. 150 is applicable.
3-DAY DISPATCH
We dispatch orders in 1 week. Orders placed on Friday post 2 p.m, are dispatched on following Monday or the next working day.
5-9 DAYS DELIVERY
We usually take 5-9 working days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines:
Delhi (Our home) 1-2 days
Metro’s 2-4 days
Other cities 4-5 days
High up North like Punjab, UP, J&K etc 5-7

INTERNATIONAL 🌏
Charges are automatically calculated on checkout & are based on weight of the package.
Countries we ship to:
USA, Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, UAE, Japan, China & South East Asia.
Duties & Taxes:
Import duties may be applicable based on your countries import duty rules & if they are imposed; you as the customer would have to bear the applicable duty.
14-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from Nuhh are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
FREE EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra in exchange for the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.
NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS
You can return the product if you don't like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason - We don't have a problem. However, Rs. 100 will be deducted as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.
THE PROCESS
Step 1:
Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.
Step 2:
Access our returns center - Link & follow necessary steps.
Step 3:
Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a return that results in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.
Step 4:
We conduct a quality check & then process the exchange or refund.
SECOND EXCHANGES COME AT A COST
Second exchanges for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:
1. You can ship the product on your behalf or have it physically dropped off at our office.
2. We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs. 150. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after the payment has been completed.
EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can just pay the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.
INTERNATIONAL 🌏
We're extremely sorry, there would not be any returns or exchanges for international shipping. However, if the item was damaged during transit, which is very rare then we would have it replaced with a new one.
Damage: Only include stitches that come of from the seam. We would not be in a position to consider tears or cuts in the garment as a damage during transit.
FULL CASH REFUND
Refund is applicable under the following criteria's:
1. Pre-paid orders.
2. Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)
Note:
We have a 100% refund policy. However, Rs. 100 will be deducted as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.
REFUND ON COD ORDERS
For COD orders refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value which means no cash refunds to bank account.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits are automatically applied to your account & can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to yuvraaj@swarr.net.in
WHEN CASH REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
Under 2 cases:
1. For products on clearance
2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.
